Fourth-stage 10 000 Flats in Hwasong Area Inaugurated in DPRK
Excitement builds up at the inauguration ceremony of the fourth-stage 10 000 flats in the Hwasong area in the DPRK’s capital city of Pyongyang held on Februry 16 in the presence of Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the DPRK. According to local media, the country overfulfilled the 50 000-flat construction project in Pyongyang, decided at the Eighth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea, by building nearly 60 000 flats.
